Pakistan Identity provides optional, paid guidance relating to Pakistani identity and travel document applications, including NICOP, Pakistan Origin Cards (POC), Family Registration Certificates (FRC), and Pakistani Machine Readable Passports (MRP).
Pakistan Identity is a privately operated, independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NADRA, the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports (DGIP), the Government of Pakistan, or any Pakistani embassy or consulate.
Applicants may use official government application channels directly without purchasing our assistance services.
By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing our services.

- Providing administrative guidance regarding official application procedures.

We do not issue identity cards, passports, or certificates. We do not independently approve applications, conduct official identity verification, or control government decisions.
Any assistance involving submission of information on a client’s behalf is subject to the relevant authority’s rules and the client’s express authorization.
All official application decisions remain with the responsible government authorities.
3. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Impersonate another individual or use identification documents without proper authorization.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, or customer information.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with website functionality.
- Use our services for unlawful activities.
- Copy or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
We may restrict access or decline a service request where we reasonably believe that the website or services are being misused, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.
4. Service Fees
Pakistan Identity charges fees for its optional application assistance services.
Our assistance fees are separate from official government application fees unless a specific written quotation expressly states otherwise.
Before a client makes a payment, the applicable quotation or checkout information should identify:
- The assistance service being purchased.
- The price and currency.
- Any applicable taxes.
- Whether government fees are included or excluded.
- Any additional charges that may apply.
- The scope of services covered by the payment.
Service fees may vary depending on the application category, the complexity of the request, and the level of assistance selected.
A higher-priced assistance package does not guarantee faster government processing, approval, or document delivery.
Any additional paid services should be disclosed to the client before the relevant charges are incurred.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments for Pakistan Identity’s services must be made using the payment methods communicated through our authorized channels.
Clients should review the applicable service description, total charges, and refund terms before making a payment.
Cancellation of Assistance Services
Clients may contact us to request cancellation of an assistance service.
Whether a refund is available depends on the services already performed, the applicable agreement, and relevant consumer protection laws.
Refund Requests
Refund requests will be reviewed according to the applicable service agreement and legal requirements.
We will not automatically deny a refund solely because a government authority rejects an application.
Where a refund is required by applicable law or by our contractual commitments, we will provide it accordingly.
Government Fees
Government application fees are governed by the payment and refund policies of the relevant government authority.
Pakistan Identity cannot guarantee reimbursement of fees paid directly to government authorities.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Clients who believe they have made a duplicate payment or have been charged incorrectly should contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction or refund where warranted.
Important: Any specific refund deadlines, non-refundable service stages, or administrative deductions must be disclosed in the applicable service agreement before payment. These Terms do not establish an automatic blanket no-refund policy.
6. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information.
This includes personal details, identity records, citizenship information, family relationships, and supporting documentation.
Clients must ensure that:
- Information provided belongs to them or is submitted with proper legal authorization.
- Supporting documents are genuine and accurate.
- Relevant changes in personal circumstances are disclosed.
- Requests for additional information are addressed within applicable deadlines.
- Application details are reviewed before final submission.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional verification, or rejection by the relevant authority.
Pakistan Identity will take reasonable care when performing its agreed assistance services but cannot independently verify the authenticity of every document supplied by a client.
7. Processing Times
Any processing times displayed on our website are estimates only unless expressly identified as a guaranteed timeframe for a service within our control.
Official processing times may depend on:
- Government application categories.
- Identity and document verification.
- Application completeness.
- Additional information requests.
- Government processing volumes.
- International delivery arrangements.
- Technical interruptions or other circumstances outside our control.
Pakistan Identity does not control the processing, approval, printing, or delivery timelines of NADRA, DGIP, or other government authorities.
We do not guarantee that an application will be approved or completed by a particular date.
Where we make a specific commitment concerning our own assistance services, we remain responsible for fulfilling that commitment in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
8. Application Approval and Government Decisions
Pakistan Identity provides administrative assistance and guidance only.
We cannot guarantee:
- Approval of a NICOP, POC, FRC, or passport application.
- Acceptance of any particular supporting document.
- Eligibility for a government service.
- A particular government processing time.
- Visa-free entry or any specific immigration outcome.

Information may include names, contact details, identity document information, and supporting application records.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy:
https://pakistan-identity.com/privacy-policy/
Clients should avoid submitting sensitive identity documents through ordinary email, WhatsApp, or general enquiry forms unless we have confirmed an appropriate submission method and explained why the information is required.
We will not intentionally submit a government application on a client’s behalf without the authorization required for that action.
Clients should not share passwords, one-time verification codes, or other account credentials unless an official process expressly requires a lawful and secure arrangement. Applicants should retain control of their personal government accounts.

Pakistan Identity aims to provide reasonable care and diligence when delivering its agreed assistance services.
However, we are not responsible for decisions made independently by NADRA, DGIP, or other government authorities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pakistan Identity is not liable for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including independent government decisions, official processing delays, or incorrect information supplied by clients.
We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, negligence, breach of contract, or other matters where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable legislation.
12. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including official Pakistani government portals, diplomatic missions, and other information resources.
These websites operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and application requirements.
Pakistan Identity does not control external website content or government systems.
We encourage visitors to confirm that they are using the correct official website before entering personal information or making government payments.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Pakistan Identity may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, website operations, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively remove contractual or statutory rights that have already arisen.
Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes to existing service arrangements.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Pakistan Identity and the services it provides.
Where the contracting business is established in Alberta, Canada, the laws of Alberta and applicable federal Canadian laws may govern the agreement, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights and other applicable legal requirements.
